The device comes with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box, a MediaTek 6589 quad-core processor, all this priced at a mere INR 15K, Canvas 2 is still on high demand and the company has announced another one which is going to hit the market yet again.
So, its comparison time. We’ll compare the Micromax A116 Canvas HD and A110 Canvas 2 with each other and help you in choosing one.
Micromax Canvas HD is a clear winner when we check out the specifications. The Canvas 2 has 512MB of RAM and a Dual-Core processor, coming to Canvas HD it packs a 1.2Ghz quad-core CPU along with 1GB of RAM. Another improvement is the software, Canvas HD runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean which is the latest iteration of Android as of now, this is another plus point since older Canvas devices are still running on ICS 4.0 and there are no details available regarding the Jelly Bean upgrade for both of these.
