Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 users can now flash the Android 4.3 firmware that has been leaked out, thanks to SamMobile for giving us access to this firmware. SamMobile guys didn’t had the Google Stock variant of this flagship device, so they tweaked it, and got it up and running on the Galaxy S4 Snapdragon (GT-I9505).
The Stock Firmware is flawless, having no bugs at all. SamMobile folks also reported that “there is not even a single thing which isn’t working” on the Snapdragon variant of the S4. SamMobile has already packaged the firmware which is ready to be flashed, so if you’re experienced enough with the flashing and android modding stuff then it won’t be a difficult task for you.

Step 2: Boot your device into Recovery mode. Press and hold Power + Volume UP + Home and wait for the device to boot up.
Step 3 : Perform a Wipe –> Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
Step 4 : Flash the ROM on your device.
That’s it. You won’t notice any big differences in this newer iteration of Android. Android 4.3 has just a few UI alterations, and a slightly changed Camera app.
